1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom products
- Used or damaged items
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account at livelydresses.com
- Navigate to “Order History” and select your order
- Click “Request Return” and follow the instructions
4. Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: Prepaid return label provided (deducted from refund)
- International Returns: Customer covers return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If your requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a free replacement or refund

- Opt for store credit to receive:
- Full refund value (including original shipping)
- Instant credit upon return approval
9. Holiday Return Policy
- Purchases made between November 1 – December 31 can be returned until January 31
